Our maple syrup is made right here at Rock Hills Farm.  We start by tapping our own sugar maple trees.  We then cook down the collected sap to make the sweetest maple syrup for miles around.  Each batch is cooked in the traditional way over a wood fire.  All syrup is packaged in glass jars, never plastic.  Why ruin great syrup with plastic?
